How is your furniture essentials for care homes supplied?
All of our furniture essentials are supplied rigid and complete on an 18mm double glue and dowel mfc cabinet for superior strength.
What are your furniture essential doors made of?
Our Amberley range is manufactured from 18mm thick MFC and our Caversham range is a 22mm thick foil wrapped MDF front on an 18mm thick MFC cabinet
When will my furniture essentials arrive?
Our typical manufacturing lead time for our furniture essentials for care homes is 4-6 weeks after your order has been placed.
How will my furniture be delivered?
Your furniture will be delivered in our own vehicles by our own driver. We will deliver as close to your property as possible but it is your responsibility to offload the furniture and to load it into your building and rooms.
Do you charge for delivery?
We charge £50 for kerbside delivery for orders of less than £250 and FREE delivery for orders greater than £250.
Do I have to order your furniture essentials online?
Yes, our furniture essentials range is only available to order online.
When will I receive a notification that my furniture has been despatched?
We will send you a notification by email of the week commencing date your furniture is due to arrive and a further notification once it is in transit .

Is your furniture essentials range all you offer for Care Homes?
No, we do offer a more comprehensive range of bedroom furniture but furniture essentials are the only bedroom items that you can order online. What is the guarantee on your care essentials furniture?

What happens if the furniture arrives damaged?
If your furniture arrives damaged then photos of the damaged area/s need to be taken within 24 hours of arrival and emailed to contract contractcustomerservices@jtellis.co.uk. Once the damage has been assessed and if it is assessed as being the fault of JT Ellis rather than being damaged onsite then a replacement and pick up of the damaged furniture will be arranged.
